Cloud-agnostic infrastructure support
The provider invoice and the engineering work are different jobs.
Many teams already have AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, OVHcloud, Vultr, Linode or a dedicated box. Moving provider is sometimes necessary. Often it is not. The gap is configuration, migration discipline, hardening, monitoring and someone who will still answer when the host misbehaves.

When a move still makes sense
Cost, region, noisy neighbours, missing features or a dying hypervisor can justify migration. That is a project with DNS, data, TLS and rollback — not a panel screenshot.
